We use CAD design to meet customer needs and be able to give life to the most innovative ideas: the technical office is equipped with various cutting-edge visualization and graphic modification software. We also often involve our electrical department in the design of a machine: in this way the interaction between the two parts leads to constructive comparison.
As a second step, CAM programming is needed to optimize machining, in order to get the most out of our machine tools: raw material savings, tool savings, less machining time.
The actual variety of machinery we are equipped with allows us to be able to perform milling and turning on parts of any size concerning standard industrial machinery.
We are equipped with vertical CNC and traditional machining centers, a horizontal machining center, CNC and traditional lathe, and milling machines with vacuum table.
Equally important, mechanically and aesthetically, is the finishing of the details: we can carry out any type of heat and surface treatment on single parts and welded assemblies, produced in most of the steels used in industry.
The supply of the parts can include anodizing (natural, black, red, blue, hard thickness, Surtec®650), burnishing, zinc plating (white, iridescent), phosphating, thick nickel plating (chemical, gaseous), silver plating, chrome plating, painting, case hardening, hardening (core, induction) and nitriding.
In recent years, our characterization is dimensional control: the acquisition of a DEA measuring machine has led us to a new level of verification of the finished part. In fact, in addition to all the traditional measuring instruments (gauges, pads, pins and micrometers), which are used during processing to perform a periodic check, the details are checked on the dimensional machine to guarantee the required tolerances.
Our DEA is able to carry out measurement programs, in order to be able to control even large batches in a short time.
When the parts are finished, the electrical department comes into play, to proceed with the realization of the industrial automation of the machinery that our customers request from us.
The dedicated technical staff, interacting with the technical staff of the client company, can create electrical panels and their possible programming, at home and often on site. Furthermore, together with the assembly department, we provide direct assistance on any machinery, whether of our production or not.
Assembly, overhaul and after-sales assistance are the last step for a complete 360 ° supply.
To make the service efficient, the staff who mechanically assembled the machinery and electrically programmed the electrical panels will be the same one who will provide the assistance service: in this way we guarantee rapid and targeted interventions, we purchase the spare parts from the same suppliers, and we will avoid unnecessary waste of time.
